Welcome to Montevella Chambres d’Hotes
Montevella is a charming old house within a walled garden of 5,000m2, in the coastal town of Guisseny.
It was originally built as a presbytery in 1894, but has just undergone nearly three years of careful restoration and modernisation, retaining all the character of the original house, but with the comforts of a newer house.
There are four large luxurious double bedrooms on the first floor ranging in size from 30 to 40m2. All bedrooms have their own private en-suite facilities. The two bedrooms at the rear look out over the back garden and enjoy a view of the sea. The two front bedrooms are slightly larger, and look out over the front garden and towards the village of Guisseny.
On the ground floor there is a large sitting room and dining room at the disposal of guests who wish to relax or enjoy a continental breakfast. A lift is at the disposal of guest who may wish to bring suitcases upstairs.
All the rooms have high ceilings with ornate plasterwork, original panelled doors, and fireplaces.
Outside, there is a heated swimming pool, an ornamental pond, and a large garden to stroll around. A gate at the bottom of the garden leads to the beach and the Bay of Guisseny, less than 300m away.
